Payment is due at time of purchase.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of your order for shipping as each item is made by hand at the time the order is placed. Often orders go out sooner, but those are our general guidelines.
You'll receive an email confirmation along with tracking information when your package has been shipped.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service International and tracking is not available for this method of shipping. We are not responsible for international import duties, fees or taxes that you might incur.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact TheWatsonShop within 3 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer the following options:
1. Exchange for another item of equal to or lesser value (minus shipping costs).
2. Return for a full refund (minus shipping costs). The item must be shipped for return within 7 days of receipt.
