I’ve ordered several items from the Watson Shop and love them all. I get many compliments on how beautiful and unique they are! On this particular order I ordered the wrong thing (burlap background instead of linen background). Since it was my fault, I was prepared to keep it. My decorator encouraged me to reach out to the vendor and see what they could do. I’m so glad I did! The customer service was almost immediate and they offered to fix my mistake so I could get exactly what I wanted. How amazing is that! Thank you Watson Shop!
