When I initially ordered it showed they were out of stock of the one I wanted but due to there being a pretty good sale and wanting it before Christmas I settled for my second favorite. I later decided that I really liked the out of stock one and decided to message them after having already placed my order with a slim hope of being able to switch it. The Watson shop went above and beyond and got it switched over sent me the new one I initially had liked all within an incredibly timely matter. It arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 product and customer service
