My package arrived not matching way it looked both on their page and in their previous reviews. As an artist myself, I know when a print is printed on low ink. The print I got was blue hued and low on black ink. I reached out with my concerns with no response. As soon as I opened a claim against the shop wanting to return, the responded right away and gaslit me saying it was no low ink, that it is common for their work to not look the same in person. If that’s true, why did the photos in the reviews look true to print? Anyways, when I asked for a return label (because why should I have to pay for their mistake) they never responded. Looks like I have a new art project, painting over it it is 🤷🏻♀️
