This piece comes ready to hang with a wire hanger in the back.

I never asked for a remedy for this so I'm not sure about the customer service. I'm going to assume it would be good. I really like the design of this item, it's cute as heck but one of the pieces of wood didn't line up and it's noticeable to me. Also, maybe I'm just too picky but I could see a staple misplaced on the front of the top of the picture, too. Lastly, I know the piece is to look distressed but the stain is just glopped all over in spots and it really is just wrong. I'm sorry. I'm not going to send it back, I can maybe sand the wood some to make the uneven part better and somehow hide the staple on the top front. The rest of it, maybe nobody will look too close at it, I'm still planning on using it, what the heck. The packaging was really poor, it was wrapped none too well in a piece of brown paper and a smashed box.
